Terms of Service

The service

Persee lets businesses build AI assistants and automations that talk to their clients in messaging channels, take bookings and keep contacts. Persee is in active development: features may change, appear or be removed, and the Service is provided as it is available.

Accounts

You must be at least 18. Give accurate information, keep your password safe and tell us at hello@persee.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you invite to your organization.

Your content and your clients' data

You keep all rights to the content you and your clients put into Persee. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy (https://persee.ai/privacy).

You are responsible for having the right to process your clients' data, for obtaining the consents your messages need, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.

Acceptable use

Do not use Persee to:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• break the law or the rules of the channels you connect (Meta, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Google and others);
• publish illegal, deceptive, harassing or infringing content, or impersonate others;
• probe, overload or bypass the security of the Service, or access other organizations' data;
• resell the Service without our written permission.

AI replies

Assistant replies are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Check your assistant's instructions and knowledge base, watch its conversations, and do not rely on it for medical, legal or financial decisions without a person's review. You are responsible for what your assistant tells your clients.

Third-party services

Channels, calendars, CRMs and other integrations are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make, which may limit what Persee can do.

Fees

Paid plans cost what is shown when you buy them and are billed through our payment provider; taxes may apply. We may change prices for future billing periods and will tell you in advance. Free and trial use may be limited or ended.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Persee at any time and delete your organization. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts the Service, other users or third parties at risk; where reasonable we will warn you first. What happens to data afterwards is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Persee and its software, design and brand belong to us. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Persee is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version; we tell users about important changes in advance in the product or by email. Using Persee after a change means you accept it.
